Located on one of the most influential corners of the world, between Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Christ the King Presbyterian Church is a living testimony of the power of the Gospel. Over 20 years ago, God permitted the church to be established by a group of Brazilian immigrants and Americans who were committed to the Gospel. A historic building that had been closed for 25 years was purchased, and today over 800 people attend services across 6 sites in Boston and Cambridge.

We love the city and want to live in the city, pray for it, and work for its peace and well being. The core of our vision is a conviction that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power for the salvation of everyone who believes in Him, and that all chaos and suffering will be fully treated and healed by the Gospel. We want to see the success of the city through transformed lives. We are sure that the good news of God’s love—His death and resurrection out of love for sinners with great need— will change lives and communities in Greater Boston for the better.
